LupoLab-Story

The LupoLab Story

LupoLab owner, Mirko, grew up in his parents’ restaurant in Rome, experiencing first-hand the joy that both food and community can create. With a desire to share the same passion and love of Italian food with Perth’s community, LupoLab opened its doors in 2019. Since then, LupoLab has been embraced by our local community, swiftly becoming a favourite destination for Italian food lovers across Perth. Our authentic Roman recipes, handed down through generations, tell the tales of Mirko’s family; you can taste history in every bite.

Our artisan chefs use only the freshest, high-quality ingredients, hand-selected each day for our authentic Roman heritage dishes. Paired alongside our selection of sensational Italian wines, every visit to LupoLab is a culinary experience you won’t forget.

Our Philosophy

LupoLab is the celebration of authentic Roman cuisine, hand cut fresh pasta, and specialty coffee delivered with warm hospitality, the Italian way. Our menu is fresh, seasonal, and produce-driven; sourcing the finest local ingredients and letting them honour traditions from our homeland.

“I have been fortunate to grow up with a strong Roman heritage where, still to this day, crafting food from scratch is a tradition passed down through the generations.” – Mirko.
