Sous Chef

  • Lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality, delicious dishes.
  • Assist in menu creation, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen operations.
  • Maintain culinary standards and ensure a smooth service flow.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Chef de Partie

  • Take charge of specific kitchen sections and manage their operations.
  • Prepare and present dishes with precision and creativity.
  • Collaborate with the sous chef to maintain kitchen efficiency.
  • Culinary education and relevant experience are preferred.

Commis Chef

  • Learn and grow while assisting chefs in food preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
  • Culinary school graduates or kitchen experience is a plus.


  • Provide exceptional table service and enhance guest experiences
  • Assist diners with menu choices and recommend specialties.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Prior restaurant service experience is desirable.

Supervisor Waiter

  • Lead the waitstaff team in providing top-notch customer service.
  • Coordinate table assignments and oversee the dining area.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required.


  • Craft unique and flavorful cocktails, catering to guest preferences.
  • Maintain a well-organized bar setup and inventory.
  • Engage with patrons and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
  • Barista skills and mixology knowledge are advantageous.
