Our Handmade Pasta
Our head chef Ivan and his team of artisan chefs make our pasta and gnocchi fresh everyday using exclusive specialty Italian pasta flour “Grandi Molini 100% grano Italiano decorticato a pietra” and free-range eggs. Our gluten free fettuccine is hand made with WA rice and soy flour and free-range eggs. We rest the dough in the traditional Italian way to give the dough the best ‘al dente’ texture.

Maintaining the authenticity of our dishes, we import exclusive stone-milled Italian flour from which we handcraft the finest handmade pasta in Perth.
